LearningRx Helps Target Attention Skills, Making it Easier to Focus and Concentrate.

Attention is a skill that can be trained. While we do not diagnose or treat ADHD, our programs have improved the cognitive performance of clients with many diagnoses, including ADHD. Over a twelve-year period, 7,506 children have come to LearningRx with the diagnosis of ADHD. We measured the cognitive skills of these clients before and after brain training. Here’s what we learned:
  • Among clients ages 4–17 with ADHD, the largest improvements after brain training were seen in IQ, long-term memory, sustained attention, and auditory processing.*
  • Attention skills improved an average of 3.2 years after 24 weeks of LearningRx brain training.*

Students work one-on-one with a personal brain trainer on a series of games, drills, and activities designed to strengthen the brain’s learning and thinking skills. These include skills like memory, attention span, and how quickly you think. Brain training can also target fundamental skills used for activities like reading, writing and math.
